Thirdhome, a luxury vacation home rental service, is looking to hire a “storyteller” to show off its exotic properties on social media — and it sounds like a dream. The three-month contract position — which Thirdhome has dubbed “The Best Job on the Planet”—pays $10,000 a month with all travel expenses included.

The job requirements are simple: Hop between up to 12 of the company’s most glamorous listings, located everywhere from Hawaii to Mexico to Australia, and chronicle your experience through words, photos, and videos along the way.

 Travelling the whole world

Other than strong storytelling skills, the only other qualifications, according to the listing Travel with facebook, are that you are a “luxury connoisseur” over the age of 18 who “understands the hospitality industry” (e.g., won’t just watch Bravo in your room the whole time).

Oh, and you’ve got to have a valid passport. While no pets are allowed on the job, a friend or partner is, as long as your plus-one pays his or her own way. Seriously, does it get any dreamier?

 travelling
If you’re wondering why the Nashville, Tennessee–based company didn’t just find a blogger or social media influencer that fit the bill and reach out directly instead of posting the job for all to see, you’ve got to think of the listing not as a simple HR posting, but as a piece of highly sneaky guerrilla marketing.

A display ad is one thing, but getting people to actively imagine what it would be like to stay in these incredible properties? That’s clever on a whole other level. We dare you to explore Thirdhome’s properties and not imagine landing the gig.

Transform Your Body in Just 4 Weeks

Transform Your Body in Just 4 Weeks.

Healthy Body

To get you in shape, everyone have come up with some simple exercises that will change how you look in as little as four weeks. You won’t have to go to the gym or buy any special equipment — all you need is determination and ten minutes a day.

Plank
Healthy Body

A plank is a static exercise, which means you don’t need to move while doing it, but simply hold your body in the correct position instead. To do it right, follow the example shown in the picture and prop yourself on your elbows, forearms, and forefeet. It’s important to keep your back perfectly straight without your waist lowered or your bottom upraised. If you don’t have difficulties keeping your body in the elbow plank, then something’s not right. While in this position, the muscles that keep you straight are being worked, such as the abs, arm muscles, back, and anterior thigh muscles.
Hhealthy Body

Push-ups

To do a correct push-up, assume the plank as the initial position, and then push yourself up with your arms. The most important thing is to keep your back, bottom, and legs in a straight line — this will strain your abs as well as your arms. The next step is to return to the initial position as slowly as possible.
Healthy Body

Toning your thigh and bottom muscles

Squats
Squatting is all about balance — put your feet shoulder-width apart and stand on the soles of your feet. Then, begin squatting as if slowly sitting down on a low imaginary chair. Your knees and feet should form a straight line. Try to pull the small of your back in as far as you can. You may also help keep your balance by stretching your arms out in front of you, as shown in the picture. When you are down, start pushing yourself up as slowly as you can.

Always choose a spread that is made from unsaturated fats like rapeseed, olive and sunflower:
•    Want to lose weight?  Choose a low fat or light spread
•    Want to reduce cholesterol?  Consider a cholesterol lowering spread
AVOID or Use Sparingly: Butter, ghee, dripping, hard margarine, soft butters
Drizzle oil on your salad but keep portions modest.  Always choose an oil based dressing:
•    For more flavour – virgin olive and rapeseed oils
•    For a lower calorie version - try a vinaigrette made with a seed or nut oil
•    If you like mayonnaise choose a light version
Avoid:  Ranch, Ceasar and other creamy dressings
Need a yellow spread? Use a 60% spread made from rapeseed, sunflower or olive oil
•    Some cholesterol lowering spreads can be used in baking - check packs for details

Manali In December Month

My Latest Visit To Manali, HP, India In Dec. 2015

What to say about Manali ? i have't words. usually i travel Manali 3 or 4 time in year, and passing of time i feel Manali is going more beautiful by passing of time. When i travel from Chandigarh to Manali in Summer seasons i feel , wow it pass cool place and when i travel in Winter its looks very Beautiful place like a Mini Switzerland.

Have a Look , My Dec .2015 Visit to Manali.

Long journey in a Volvo from Chandigarh to Manali, it was a heavenly experience to reach Manali. Truly one of the best hill stations I have been to. Manali provides activities for all, ranging from skiing, river crossing and rafting to a bath in hot springs in Manikaran, many temples for religious minded, and a relaxing atmosphere for people not looking for any activity.Lots of preserved forest gardens in walking range to sit and relax. Or go to the banks of River Beas, put your feet in the water and experience heaven on earth.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Mall road had lots of restaurants, lot of them run by Tibetan families, offering Tibetan, Chinese and Japanese food at reasonable rates and ambience. Chopsticks was my favorite during the stay. Hidimba Temple, Ghatotkach temple, Vashist hot water springs are in near vicinity. Can plan a day long tour to Manikaran, which includes a break for rafting in Beas, which is very easy grade 1 kind of rapids. Manikaran in itself is a good destination where you see the power of nature tempered with religious beliefs of people. Many hot water springs abound where one can take bath, have langar in gurudwara and revel in the religious spirit. Beware of saffron dealers trying to sell Saffron and shilajit.

Activities & things to do: Rafting, Skiing, River crossing, Bathing in Hot springs at Vashist and Manikaran, you name it and the activity was there. Also has a club house for those who don't want to leave malls in Delhi behind which has video games and badminton etc. etc.....

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Took a volvo from Delhi overnight Journey, but you tend to miss the spectacular scenery on the way, including the Tunnel between Mandi and Kullu, the imposing Pandoh dam and the marvellous Beas Sutlej Link.

Found Mini Switzerland IN MANALI, HP

Hotel View

Solang Velly's

Worthy place to visit in December. A picture perfect destination. My visit was in late December (Christmas week). It was none other than heaven. Perfect icy white mountain, -9deg. temperature at night. Perfect for my kind of snap-seeker, nature-lover and solemn like person.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Sight-seeings, I was lucky enough to see all, even Rohtang pass also for some extent. Main attractions are Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley. Others are Hidimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashishth hot-springs, King's Palace, Museum, Thousands years old Shiv Temple and Mall-Road. Actually I was lucky to have had very good local driver who took me to the     small-small places which are not actually called attractions but really worth to see.

Do large bargain shopping from Mall-Road. They are very expensive. For, ex. for handgloves, he said Rs.375 first and finally gave me in Rs.100.

Activities & things to do: One obvious activity is skiing at Rohtang Pass usually. They charge heavy for kit and instructor. Other activities are River crossing and other river adventure activities.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Best way to reach is, drop yourself in Chandigarh first and then have a personal cab for whole tour. It takes time though (mostly 10 hours for safe driving).

Tips & warnings - 1) have cash in pocket cause very few ATMs that too on Mall-Road only.

2)Beware of road-side guides.Never ever hire them.

3)Have healthy breakfast, cause at sight-seeings, only eatable food you get is Maggi noodles.

(its lovely, but, to eat hot Maggi in cool temp) 4)have hotel close to Mall-Road so you can enjoy night life at Manali.

Thanks for reaching.

NEVER DATE A RUSSIAN WOMAN

NEVER DATE A RUSSIAN WOMAN.

1. They are too beautiful for you.

The dedication that Russian women have to look beautiful is just scary. For the majority of them life is like a podium, and so they have to look sparkling even on the way to get a newspaper or walking the dog. My friend Sasha wears high heels every day and doesn’t worry about the lack of comfort as soon as it looks great. Also, during five years of teaching she has never appeared at school wearing the same outfit twice. When I asked her why she cares so much about her appearance, she looks surprised: “Why would I choose to not look beautiful? Beauty is power and respect. How is anyone going to notice your rich inner world if you don’t attract attention?”
The worst thing is that if you are going out with a Russian girl you will either have to dress up and put a lot of effort in looking nice, or everyone will be looking at you and wondering, how did a pretty lady like her end up with that slob?

2. Loyalty is not cool.

A Russian girl will be your most devoted friend, your best advisor, critic and even your doctor if you are sick. Ladies in Russia are caring and tender, and whatever happens, they will be by your shoulder ready to face any trouble together. The best example of loyalty of Russian women: in the 19th century there was a riot against the tsar, and the aristocrats who participated in that riot were sentenced for a lifelong exile and hard labor in Siberia. Their wives followed them voluntarily to cold deserted lands and shared the punishment.
A Russian woman truly believes that her partner is the best person on the planet, the most talented, the strongest, the smartest — and she is sincere about that, because she values herself highly too. And if she believes she is the queen, she’d only choose the king and treat him like the king – with the respect, care, love and support.
If you think loyalty is unnecessary and boring, don’t date Russians.

3. You might get Russian parents in law.

This is dangerous. Visiting your girlfriend’s house will be accompanied with feasts (soups, meat, soups with meat, salads consisting of 50% mayo, potatoes, potatoes, bliny with mince and more potatoes, and then a cake for dessert), and as it is not polite to not finish your meal in Russia, you will have to deal with all that amount of food. You’d expect help from your beloved, but when it comes to hospitality, all Russians tend to become unreasonable and overfeed their guests until it is hard to move. She will probably offer you another piece of pie. Is dating a Russian girl worth putting on a lot of weight?
And don’t forget the initiation: the dad will most likely test you at some point. You should prove that the family can trust you with their precious child. Tests are different in each family. For example, my boyfriend Jacques had to drink a full bottle of vodka with my dad. Otherwise he would be considered too weak to protect me in danger. Lucky for all of us, Jacques passed the test successfully, and we had to celebrate it with more cake.

4. They are too independent.

Nekrasov, a Russian 19th century poet said: “a Russian woman can stop a galloping horse and enter the burning house.” This is a powerful image of an independent woman who doesn’t really need any help or protection from men. Girls in Russia do not believe in ideal relationships and think that even if their Prince Charming finds them, they have to be able to live on their own. Building a career and getting a second degree often sounds more appealing than trying to find someone who will value their personality and freedom.
A Russian woman will be very independent in a relationship, and very stubborn, too. But on the other hand, expect bravery in danger and trouble, and the strength that will help both of you overcome the most difficult times.

5. Her high expectations.

Russian women are very demanding. They don’t want just a guy who will love them madly. They want the best man alive to love them madly. Good old manners are very important: you are expected to open doors, help to put on coats, bring flowers when you go on a date. If you are not a gentleman, it is not even worth trying.
But Russian women don’t only pay attention to what you do for them. Don’t forget the others, be a valiant knight! Offer your seat in transport to elderly people and save a kitten from stray dogs. Once I saw a man jump into sewage to save tiny ducklings that fell down a hatch – in the eyes of his girlfriend he was a real hero.

6. The challenge of breaking the ice.

Russians are reserved and try to keep the distance before you become close to them. Any Russian girl can create an impression of Ice Queen, even if she likes you (especially if she really likes you!). I met Paul at work on one of my tours, and he told me he came to Moscow to visit his girlfriend. “When we started dating, I was challenged with the wall of ice between us, as if she didn’t want to open up or let me closer. Slowly, step by step, I discover that underneath this ice there was the most loving and caring person in the world.”

7. All the Russian food.

For many Russian women cooking is a way to show their love, so be prepared for food experiments. At first the cuisine might seem absolutely normal and even a little boring. But when you get to eat Russian food more often than during occasional visit to her parents, you will have more and more questions. What is that weird purple salad? Beetroot with herring? Pancakes with caviar? Why is she putting cabbage in pies (and everywhere else)? How many variations of pickles are there on Earth? Fermented rye bread drink…well, that one is surprisingly decent! You might hate most of the meals, but occasionally there will be something great.
